Tomarin access guide
From Tomarin to Chatan, take a general-route bus or the Chatan Liner operated by Karry Kanko. The Tomari Takahashi boarding stop for general-route buses varies by routing, while the Chatan Liner runs from Tomari Takahashi (in front of Tomarin) to Chatan Gateway.

Only representative routes to Mihama are listed here. Route 63 travels to areas of Chatan Town such as Kitamae and Jagaru, but it does not stop at Mihama American Village Iriguchi.

The Chatan Liner is a bus operated by Karry Kanko between Naha Airport and Chatan Gateway. It is described officially as a direct bus but makes intermediate stops. For Chatan, board at Tomari Takahashi (in front of Tomarin) and get off at Chatan Gateway.
On-board payment is cash in advance. A Jorudan mobile one-way ticket purchased in advance is also accepted. Transportation IC cards such as OKICA are not accepted.
You may be unable to board if the bus is full.
Routes 20, 28, 29 and 120 stop at Mihama American Village Iriguchi and Kuwae. Routes 43 and 143 continue to Chatan Gateway via Mihama American Village Iriguchi. The Chatan Liner stops at Chatan Gateway.
If you know your hotel, shop or tour meeting point, search the route using the facility name and address rather than only the bus-stop name.
Mihama American Village is a commercial and accommodation area in Mihama, Chatan Town. Depot Island is a section extending from its seaward side toward Chatan Fisherina, not the name of Chatan Town as a whole.
A tour labeled “departing from Chatan” does not necessarily depart from Depot Island. Check the meeting point and whether transportation is provided on the product page.

For a general-route bus, board from the Naha-bound side of Mihama American Village Iriguchi or another nearby stop. Since the routing and Naha terminus vary by service, choose a service that stops at Tomari Takahashi.
For the Chatan Liner, board at Chatan Gateway and get off in front of Tomarin. The stop in front of Tomarin is drop-off only on services departing from Chatan. For a nighttime return, check the last general-route bus; after bus service ends, use a taxi.
Route 20 uses Tomari Takahashi (for Urasoe). For routes 28, 29 and 120, services via Makishi use that stop, while services via Kumoji use the stop in front of Tomarin. Routes 43 and 143 use the stop in front of Tomarin; Chatan-bound Route 43 operates only on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
