There are two separate parking facilities around Tomarin. Tomarin Multi-Storey Parking is in the Annex Building, while Tomari Wharf Underground Parking is beside the terminal near the Tomari Takahashi police box. Their entrances, rates, payment methods, capacity and height limits are different.

Multi-storey parking facilities and management

Tomarin Multi-Storey Parking occupies floors 2–5 and the rooftop of the Annex Building and has 600 spaces. It is open 24 hours with no regular closing day and has a 2.1 m height limit. Monthly contracts are available, and the facility is managed by 泊ふ頭開発株式会社.

Multi-storey parking rates and payment methods

Tomarin Multi-Storey Parking uses a gated ticket system. Take a parking ticket at the entrance and insert it into the payment machine at the exit. Payment is available by cash and cashless methods. For vehicles exiting on or after March 27, 2026, the first 40 minutes cost ¥200. After the first 40 minutes, ¥100 is added for each additional block of up to 40 minutes. Exactly 20 hours costs ¥3,100; more than 20 hours and up to 30 hours costs ¥3,600; and more than 30 hours and up to 40 hours costs ¥4,100. After 40 hours, ¥500 is added for each started 10-hour period.

EV charging in the multi-storey parking facility

Two 200 V chargers are available in section B on the fourth floor. Charging fees are separate from parking fees. Check the Terra Charge app and current on-site information for individual charging rates.

Using the underground parking facility

Tomari Wharf Underground Parking is available 24 hours with entry and exit at any time. It has 60 spaces, accepts vehicles up to 2.3 m, and is time-based parking only, with no monthly contracts. It uses vehicle recognition and a prepayment machine near the stairs. Cash, credit cards and some cashless payments are accepted. The rate is ¥240 for up to one hour, with a maximum of ¥3,000 through 30 hours. Check the designated operator’s current rate information for the detailed time-based schedule. The facility is administered by 那覇港管理組合, with 株式会社沖縄ダイケン as the designated operator. It may close temporarily because of disasters, maintenance or similar circumstances. Current EV-charger availability cannot be confirmed from the official facility information, so contact the designated operator if needed.
