The North Shore Passenger Waiting Room also handles sales and ticket issuance for Queen Zamami and Marine Liner Tokashiki. Whether you need same-day purchase or paper-ticket issuance depends on the reservation and payment method. The terminal’s 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. access hours are not the opening hours of every ticket counter.

The main-building counter for Ferry Tokashiki and Marine Liner Tokashiki is open 8:00–11:30 and 13:30–17:00. Phone hours are 10:00–17:00. Both online and telephone reservations still require same-day purchase and ticket issuance. Marine Liner Tokashiki tickets are also sold and issued at the North Shore Passenger Waiting Room from one hour before departure.
The main-building counter for Kume Island and Tonaki Island is open 8:00–17:30, with a lunch break from 11:00–12:00. Phone hours are 10:00–17:00. For phone reservations, buy the boarding ticket at the counter on the day of travel. Some advance travel-agency coupons must be exchanged for a boarding ticket on the day. The vessels are Ferry Ryukyu and Ferry Kaiho.
The Naha Shipping Liaison Office for Aguni services is open 8:00–17:00. Phone hours are 10:00–17:00. Some purchases made through travel agencies must be exchanged at the counter on the day of travel. The current vessel is New Ferry Aguni.
