The first-floor counter handles reservations, sales and ticket issuance for Zamami and Aka services, and Queen Zamami tickets are also sold and issued at the North Shore Passenger Waiting Room.

Kume Island and Tonaki Island

Check your destination, booking method, payment status and whether you have a boarding QR.

Zamami and Aka

Paid online and boarding with a QR
If you complete an online booking with credit-card payment, obtain a boarding QR and present it to board, paper-ticket issuance is not universally required.
Phone booking, counter payment or booking changes
Phone reservations, counter payment and changes after booking require same-day purchase or ticket issuance.

Tokashiki

Both online and telephone reservations still require same-day purchase and ticket issuance.

Kume Island and Tonaki Island

For phone reservations, buy the boarding ticket at the counter on the day of travel. Some advance travel-agency coupons must be exchanged for a boarding ticket on the day.

Aguni Island

Some purchases made through travel agencies must be exchanged at the counter on the day of travel.

Counter, phone and terminal hours

The terminal is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., but these are not the opening hours of each ticket counter. Counter and phone hours vary by operator.

Do I need same-day ticket issuance if I already have a reservation?

It depends on the reservation and payment method. For Zamami and Aka services, if you complete an online booking with credit-card payment, obtain a boarding QR and use the QR to board, paper-ticket issuance is not universally required. Phone reservations, counter payment and changes after booking require same-day purchase or ticket issuance. Tokashiki services require same-day purchase and ticket issuance after both online and telephone reservations.

Can I buy or receive high-speed boat tickets on the north shore?

Yes. The North Shore Passenger Waiting Room handles sales and ticket issuance for Queen Zamami and Marine Liner Tokashiki. The Marine Liner Tokashiki north-shore counter starts sales and ticket issuance one hour before departure. These are ticket-counter locations, not the actual boarding points.

What are the ticket-counter opening hours?

The terminal’s 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. access hours are not ticket-counter hours. The main-building Tokashiki counter is open 8:00–11:30 and 13:30–17:00; the Kume Island and Tonaki Island counter is open 8:00–17:30 with a lunch break from 12:00–13:00; and the Aguni office is open 8:00–17:00. Phone hours for each operator are 10:00–17:00.
