The first floor has separate counters by destination and operator, handling reservations, sales and ticket issuance according to each operator’s instructions. The North Shore Passenger Waiting Room handles sales and ticket issuance for Queen Zamami and Marine Liner Tokashiki. These are ticket-counter locations, not the actual boarding points.

Reservations and ticket issuance for Zamami and Aka

The first-floor counter handles reservations, sales and ticket issuance for Zamami and Aka services, and Queen Zamami tickets are also sold and issued at the North Shore Passenger Waiting Room. If you complete an online booking with credit-card payment, obtain a boarding QR and present it to board, paper-ticket issuance is not universally required. Phone reservations, counter payment and changes after booking require same-day purchase or ticket issuance. Phone hours are 10:00–17:00.

Tokashiki counter hours and ticket issuance

The main-building counter for Ferry Tokashiki and Marine Liner Tokashiki is open 8:00–11:30 and 13:30–17:00. Phone hours are 10:00–17:00. Both online and telephone reservations still require same-day purchase and ticket issuance. Marine Liner Tokashiki tickets are also sold and issued at the North Shore Passenger Waiting Room from one hour before departure.

Kume Island and Tonaki Island counter hours and ticket issuance

The main-building counter for Kume Island and Tonaki Island is open 8:00–17:30, with a lunch break from 11:00–12:00. Phone hours are 10:00–17:00. For phone reservations, buy the boarding ticket at the counter on the day of travel. Some advance travel-agency coupons must be exchanged for a boarding ticket on the day. The vessels are Ferry Ryukyu and Ferry Kaiho.

Aguni counter hours and same-day exchange

The Naha Shipping Liaison Office for Aguni services is open 8:00–17:00. Phone hours are 10:00–17:00. Some purchases made through travel agencies must be exchanged at the counter on the day of travel. The current vessel is New Ferry Aguni.

Terminal access hours and ticket-counter hours

The terminal is accessible from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., but these are not the opening hours of each ticket counter. Counter and phone hours vary by operator. The hours shown here are based on each operator’s information as of August 15, 2026.

It depends on the reservation and payment method. Yes. The North Shore Passenger Waiting Room handles sales and ticket issuance for Queen Zamami and Marine Liner Tokashiki. The Marine Liner Tokashiki north-shore counter starts sales and ticket issuance one hour before departure. These are ticket-counter locations, not the actual boarding points.
